Why the F would any coach in their right mind continue to risk losing a backup linemen to knee or calf injury by using him as a fullback when you have injury issues up and down your O-line? And to make it make even less sense, you released a legit FB from your roster to do so. This head coach and his OC need to be in the concussion protocol almost every week.

Not sure what you are all hearing but Coaches are NOT calling players out which might go a long way in the locker room. The media wants clicks and expect coaches to say this player missed his assignment, this one ran the wrong route, this one hit the wrong hole, this one missed a block or a tackle, etc. That is a sure fire way to lose your team. IMO, Eberflus in a no win situation except to keep coaching and trying to learn how to win with this team. 🐻⬇️

i agree that Stevenson should have been punished throughout the week, but making yourself be worse by not starting him or playing him is pretty stupid tbh, especially knowing that if they lose this game, the same exact ppl asking him to be benched, are going to complain about the team losing the game...He messed up, the media literally shit on this team for 4 straight days, they talked it over and hopefully fixed what needed to be fixed, making yourself worse another week just so you can feel better that the guy didn't get to play makes no sense.

Also u praise players for complaining to media. Name 1 franchise that has healthy coach/players dinamic were they both bashing each other to media. Dont understand how thats a good thing. Never seen brady. Bellicheck do it. Never seen mahommes and reid do it. But keep telling urself its so great players calling out coaches to media. Thats how professional teams and players handle situations by crying to media n 2nd guessing coach. Wow. What a a great culture

It's called accountability if you don't discipline a player then the other players feel like they can lash out there's no trust there's no respect after that he lost to the game last weak you're setting an example as a coach that means you're going to piss off a couple players that's why you're the leader as the coach which forces other players to play hard

Suspend him for a game? Not start him? What are you guys even talking about? You’re taking words and twisting them. You don’t bench TS at all, period. Coaching was bad, offense was bad, Stevenson had a few bad moments, are we benching every lineman who jumped offsides for not paying attention to the snap? Or the guy who doesn’t hustle off the field and gets you caught in a 12 man situation? No, TS I’m sure learned enough from the results of his actions. Now will the coaches learn from theirs??? Will they bench themselves or take away Waldrens play calling?

Aparently players cant call timeouts either. Johnson so unprepared and dont know what to so. Or they see stevenson being an idiot. 2 bad players cant call timeouts. So important such a big deal. Then why didnt they call timeouts either either? Ive saw players do it all the time. But bears ones cant? Funny how that works
