Feeling numb can be blissful and yet horrible. It feels amazing, as you can do what you want without feeling anything to make you feel bad about it, and you can just live, but you can't connect. I don’t care if nobody reads this I’ll still let this out. I used to listen to this exactly this time of year one year ago. I listened it through the whole month. I had just been cheated from my lover of 2 years while we were even living together. I cried EVERY day. Worst pain I’ve ever been in. I was a working student (worked 6 days a week) so I was busy all the time but during the day I’d still try to find the nearest bathroom during lectures or at workplace just to cry some of the pain out. One year later (now) I am the happiest person by myself and I remembered this song at 4 AM, turns out I can’t listen to it. The pain has gone away from me but it still exists in this song. I want everyone who is struggling right now to give themselves TIME to heal for the best. I don’t care how many times you’ve been hurt or how badly... it all works out in the end.

i cant believe i used to listen to him at ages 11-13 , basically my whole middleschool years. I remember i went through a depressive moment in my life. Im now 19 years old and work with middleschoolers. When older people tell you that you are too young be experiencing something you arent supposed too, i would always get frustrated. Telling me i have it good and should leave the worrying antoher time. Now i totally get it. I cant imagine looking at the students and thinking that they too are going through something drepressing in their lives.
