Nostolgia Mania Plus (v30.7.20) :: First Look Gameplay (1080p/60fps)

Nostalgia Mania Plus is a full game work in progress mod created by Just Kam.
In this mod, almost everything is becoming classic! With a few new additions, this takes not only the characters but possibly the bosses and all the soundtracks in the previous genesis games such as Sonic 1, Sonic 2, and Sonic 3&K.
For the latest version here being version 30.7.20, so far Sonic & Tails have almost everything complete (including their Super Forms), while Knuckles, Mighty, and Ray only have there idle animations done.

This is a well done mod. The only thing I would change was Stardust Speedway Zone's music, to be past and presently consistent with Sonic CD. Otherwise fantastic!

9/10 the victory animation has Two Sprites from mania but you can find similar ones to it unused in Sonic 1 Edit: Sonic 1 1991 not Sonic 1 2013

It's a poor nostalgia pandering game. It's graphics are too similar to Genesis ones for Saturn, but the Special Stages are impossible even on 32X. Their resolution is much higher than any 3D Saturn game, too! And not only that, but usually, even in the best 32-bit sprite-based platformers at the time for Saturn, such as Rockman 8, which looks milllions of times better than Mania, they still had to put dozens of FMV's, voice acting, high quality sound effects and even entire concept art galleries to make up for it. Mania has none of that and it only has the opening and ending FMV's, which don't even feature vocal tracks (which was popular at the time) or any voice acting. Not even talking about art galleries and version exclusive features!
