Sinikka has been feeling spicy hasn't she! Maybe she'll be among the first female wolves to disperse. Or maybe she just woke up on the wrong side of the den. Also there were so many scary attacks in this one. I'm glad we didn't lose another pup.

My mate was heading on an excursion, and 2 of my pups were marching cheerfully behind him and I was like "Where do you 2 think you're going?? You're too young for excursions!" and I had to run fetch them XD

I think a great name for 2229F would be Peregrine! It’s a type of falcon, and the name also means wanderer! Love this series!! 😊

Seems like Sinikka could be dispersing soon, idk if thats game mechanics because I haven't had a wolf disperse yet. But with her behavior I think she's getting tired of living under her parents roof so to speak.

Tips for a more realistic experience :3 1. correct your pups with a snarl back. (Just noticed! Sinica was having a fight with Huckleberry 16:24 ) lol 2. if you alert your packmates with an alert bark they will be very VERY jumpy and most likely guard a pup. This will get your chances of predator alerts faster, but if your packmates are on the cautious side they will most likely be less defensive of territory. But since the Wayfinders are known of, " blood for blood" I'm not so sure that will be the case. GREAT RP :)

Btw if you want to avoid eagles, only get up at night, or at least only play at the den at night. My dens have all been open dens and for 4 generations of wolves I've only gotten 2 eagle attacks, and those happened because I forgot it was daylight. Also much love for this series 🩷 I didn't expect Aden to become so bloodthirsty though lol

Something I'd suggest for eagles is go into T veiw (or whatever it is for first person and not sent) and just running around directly under the eagle, I find it works very well, though still stressful lol

Anyone have tips for getting your subordinates and yearlings to go hunting? I have wayyyyy to many and can’t feed all of them at once but they are letting themselves starve without going hunting themselves

@@sassypotato514 You can whine to your pack mates and they can go hunting with you, though only those who are near you, I believe, will come and anyone that isn’t close enough will not go with you. Atleast I think so- I don’t have Wolf Quest : Anniversary Edition, or at that the Saga.

Subordinates and yearlings dont go hunting by themselves if not led by a pack leader! This is because they aren’t independent yet, and will usually choose to follow to get the food but hang back instead of helping to kill if there are enough wolves already biting the prey. Plus, yearlings are still puppy-ish, so they act younger and more irresponsible. If you want more info id suggest watching the Saga devlogs on the official WolfQuest channel!

Ive had issues with Clover Creek. Im so nervous now because theyre a huge pack and ive had 3 wolves disperse. The adults:pups ratio is very off and im NERVOUS 😭

Idk if you need advice, but I've found a strategy that works really well for dealing with big packs. Whenever you have a leader attacking, try to just kill that wolf asap. Usually killing one is enough, and the pack will disperse/die off in a few days!

Good tip for eagle attack is to not circle around really fast with the pup just stay close to the pup until they go to the den if you circle too fast and away from the pup for 2 sec while circling around the eagle will swoop down and take the pup 15:49 good for one pup still going to the den or just follow the eagle on where it’s going that helps me out a lot

Another anxiety inducing video with this pack but glad you got them to the rendezvous now I see others already said it but I think that Sinika might disperse soon. Some of the pups, Blackberry especially with how much he loves to take care of his siblings, don't seem like they want to but I can definitely see her being the first. I actually think more of the female pups will end up leaving sooner then the male pups in general

Somehow I find it very fitting that 2231m seemed to come out of his shell a bit after recovering from the sickness. It was super sweet to see him running around with the others at the end of the video. Some name suggestions as well: 2229f: Sasha (Meaning "protector"), Eris (The greek goddess of discord- a name I find rather fitting considering how she's gotten herself into trouble a few times.) 2232f: Blueberry or Strawberry (To go with Blackberry since they seem close), or Millie (Meaning "Gentle strength/Strong in work." If you want something with a bit more meaning!) And for the pup who may or may not be my favorite of the litter, 2231m I would like to suggest the names Felix (on account of his great luck surviving a number of predator attacks whilst sick), Kiko (meaning "Joyful child"), and Xavier (meaning "Bright/Splendid." And because I'm very biased toward that name.) Also I enjoyed the slightly longer video today! Good luck with the rest of the litter Jay! 💙

I am curious, there is a toggle button for you to be able to "look up" during eagle attacks and it helps chase them away quicker, (in my opinion), why dont you ever use that button? I figured its because you look after the pups first but is anyone else aware of this option?

After I got my pups first hunt quest.. I ran the entire map unlocking every den possible and killed all 3 other packs leaders and a bunch of their pack mates. The 3 beginning packs are gone now lol.

Just stop frantically running in giant circles. Stand on top of the pup and walk slowly with them sticking as close as possible until the eagle leaves.

The saga is a free update to everyone who has the AE edition. Right now the Saga is in beta mode only, the public release isn't out - but you can swap to the beta branch by right clicking your game in steam >> properties >> betas >> then select where it says 'None' and change it to 'Beta'. Your game will update with a 1GB+ update and you will have access to the Saga!

You have to be a dispersal and one method is you can kill of the same gender leader from a rival pack (EXAMPLE: I want to be the new co-leader of crevice lake and i'm a female I would have to kill off the female leader of crevice lake which you can do by sleeping in their territory and waiting for her to show up. And then you have to wait a bit for the male leader to be courtable, then sleep in the territory again and wait till he shows up and court him and boom your the new co-leader of crevice lake!)
