How many new sounds do you introduce each session? I only meet my students once a week for an hour. How many sounds do you think is best?

Normally I would introduce one sound per lesson and hope to meet the students three times per week but if you only have them once per week maybe two sounds is a good idea and have them immediately Blends The Sounds together so they are reading straight away
