@@MrRicobadass Schneider makes a lot of mistakes. Bad lineups. Doesn’t sit guys when they’re struggling badly. Also, it’s customary to fire the manager in rebuild because the new front office will want to select their personnel.

Get rid of the front office - obviously they can’t get the job done so why is Rogers keeping them-3 strikes and you are out in the game and they have had 7+ years of mistakes , errors and bad bad trades. This is the only way the Jays can turn it around- a new front office who know what the hell they are doing so start the process of rebuilding by FIRING the front office now!

Shapiro knows how to hire contractors to do interior decorating - that's nice. Atkins knows how to bow to analytics... Schneider knows how to use analytics but not how to use a combo of his eyes and analytics. They traded away offence for defense...fail. The trade (Gurriel Jr. and Moreno) for Varsho - not worth it, sorry. New management - new eyes - new ideas.

This year I only went ONCE when the Yankees came and I typically go to the jays game about 20 times on a random Friday evening. But I cannot support a product that isn’t worth my time and money. Until this team gets rid of upper management I shall not go the games

Fix the Jays in 5 easy steps Step 1. November sign Vlad before FA begins . 350/11 years Step 2. Sign Bo. 250/10 with opt outs after year 3 Step 3. FA opens, Sign Soto , Burnes, Alonso and Santander. Step 4. Use some of the depth to trade for new RP at least 2 maybe 3 Step 5. Attach Orelvis or Tiedemann or Barriera to Springer and trade him to any team desperate for OF help while enticing them with a decent prospect. 1. Bo SS 2. Vlad 3B 3. Soto DH 4. Alonso 1B 5. Santander LF 6. Horowitz 2B 7. Kirk C 8. Barger RF 9. Varsho CF Bench, Lukes Clement backup C and someone can fight for the final spot Wagner/Schneider/Clase/Roden etc SP Burnes Gauseman Berrios Francis Bassit I know it's not a video game, you can't just have anyone you want. But money talks and we saved 700 million for Ohtani. You could get everyone on the list for slightly more than that. But it's fastest way back to contention. Contention = $$$$$$ for Rogers

Schneider is not a good manager at all, and makes a lot of bad mistakes, but Atkins is terrible too when judging talent. It's not just ONE man for the bad season we just had, it's Shapiro, Atkins, Schneider and a player or two.

@Becky Baseball is far different than basketball where 1 or 2 stars = Championships Ohtani and Trout were surrounded by bad players and worse pitching. You need to build properly around your stars. Something I don't think Atkins is capable of

Step 1. Sign vlad. Step 2. Add a #1 starter bump everyone else down a spot. Bowden gets 5th spot. Step 3. Sign Santander and Tyler oneil. Step 4 trade bo bichetter for back of the bullpen guy 9th inning guy. Step 5. Attach a orelvis or tiedman to springer or Barger to springer and get bullpen arms STEP 5 SIGN a veteran catcher. Can't have kirk playing full time just can't do it.
