If blue jays does’t for Mark Shapiro and Ross Atkins will not go anywhere. Look at their history with Cleveland Indians Mark Shapiro spent more than a decade but achieved nothing. Soon after they left within few years Cleveland team has become competitive. We the fans are sick and tired of blue jays disaster year after years. For God sake recommend firing of president and General manager immediately.

I got a lot of respect for Teo as a hitter. His swing and miss is a bit high but not bad. The two downsides is he tends to be slow at adjusting as pitchers adjust to him. Also his fielding is at best mediocre. Very little range. I would rather take a chance with Anthony Santander this off-season for the money. He is slightly better at fielding. He is comparable to Teo in batting stats... Though I think Santander has more power

Only possible options for a run. 1. Soto and BP rebuild 2. Adames, Alonso and BP rebuild. Anything else will result in similar outcomes as this past season.

Santander is a monster if we can get him and one other good bat that will good. Then they need a closer and a really good 8th inning guy. Emmanuel clase is best in game and he’s on market also Oakland closer who throws 105 mph one of the best also . The market this year is deep so let’s hope they actually do something this year and not get old washed up players

Jay's have about 104 million before the Tax threshold even if they don't trade Bassitt and Springer. They sign Vladdy will probably add a additional 10-15 mill (I am guessing between 25-30 mil yr contract. If they spend 15-20 on Santander and my hope is 10-15 on Willy Adames. At worst that leaves about 40-45 million on Bullpen and 1 other position player. I like the idea of Brandon Lowe. However instead of another 20-25 homerun hitter I wouldn't mind someone who can steal 20-25 or more bases. How about Altuve... Man I can here the outrage already..lol

The only way you go for Teo is if you get Soto. Teo is great but you need lefty power. Santander, BP Help, and Bregman. Do not sign Hendrix. Signing Max Fried would more sense then Hendrix

Why do you people think anyone of note would sign with Toronto. The team is in Canada, in last place and Shatkins don't have great reputation with players. On top of that, 600M will be set aside for Bo and Vlad so don't expect any overpays for other players.

Kyle Hendricks???? He has a 6.00 Era and has spent at least some time on the IL each of the last three years. Unless he accepts a minor league contract my answer is this would be a problematic acquisition at best. Waste of time and money in my opinion.

They need 4 good hitters Vlad and Bichette, Teo. Martinez . What happened this year is that they had crap following Vlad. So you ca. Throw to Bo then throw sort of to Vlad meaning around the zone then you get double play players that cant hit. With Teo behin Vlad you wouls get that competition to feed of each other maybe Bo Bo might get into it.

Ross Atkins should have been fired immediately when he let Teoscar Hernandez go !!! He is needed back with the team. Atkins sure picked up a great trade with Seattle when he traded him. Would have been a better deal getting a pail of used balls in return. FIREE ATKINS !!! Also trading away Gurriel and Montero was a wonderful deal. FIRE ATKINS AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!

JD Martinez won't come to Toronto (Canada) due to our federal leadership. He is very passionate about his political views. Don't consider him unless there is an election. As to if that is right or wrong, hey, that is what he has earned by being a veteran free agent. Some players want to be close home, some want a ring, some want the most money, & JD wants to spend time in a community that shares his values (and I'm guessing some mix of the first three things I mentioned as well). Fair ball as far as I am concerned. His choice.
