Origami fighter jet with landing gear (Diamondback A) tutorial

This is a tutorial for anyone willing to fold the Diamondback A. This is a variation of my Diamondback for Origami Aircraft. Ive improved the model giving it more range and stability. Jayson, I'm 66 yrs old and wish I could have discovered your oragami planes while my hands still had the ability to make the creases and folds accurately and precisely. My attempts are getting better, but your talent and forsight in my opinion are unsurpassed. I wish you had a video on making the waterproof paper for the diamondback plane. To make the waterproof paper you just take some spray adhesive and spray a sheet of foil paper then lamiate it with cellophane. I suggest you keep practicing youll still get better.

It's amazing that you added so much to the original diamondback yet the final size is (almost or excatly) the same. I must have done something wrong in 7:30~8:45. I ended up with correct creases but some layers seem to be in wrong order when doing 13:00. Unfold and refold, ended up in another wrong order. And a 2nd unfold refold gets it correct but still do not know what was done wrong in the first place. Successfully done the first try, easier than vulcan.

Great plane. I love the fact that Origami planes can have landing gear to stand / land on its own. Your channel offers various warigami designs for free and that is just a huge gift to the world. Thanks for the tutorial Jayson merrill this is a great jet it flew 254 feet using a coloured paper 120 gsm im using this jet so i can fly this in the farm its very stable my cousin boy 16 years old was shocked and surprise i have tons of collection of this jet i going to buy more colored paper. I have design my own jet based on the diamondback it has landing gear that can become a missile rack and and canard wing that can become a landing gear or a missile rack which increase range I got about 60 to 70 feet

hey jason ! i have folded this jet everything is perfectly symmetrical except the afterburners. Will this affect any flight capabilities or range or maneuverability of this craft EDIT: ======: after each iteration{folding the whole craft again} ==== > one of the two afterburners{after opening them} is small than other ! sometimes right then sometimes the left one . I dont know what to do !

What exactly is the difference between the Falcon beta and alpha

The original falcon was published in my second book Warigami. It only had two missile racks and the air intake was farther forward. The Falcon A has 6 hard points with an improved air intake and a reinforced nose section.

You have to use 15 lb kami paper it will fly a long long long distance and additionally make sure that everything is symmetrical otherwise it will spiral and not fly the way it is suppose to do try this advice to help the plane fly high and longer distance mines flew about 100 ft in the lift if you bend the tail fin up it will fly up
