What’s the best mode to record when doing a KZbin video public interview

I use manual mode and lock the ISO down to a hard number so I can control the exposure at all times. If you want the exposure to change with the scene, then I would recommend using Auto ISO in manual mode with the shutter speed set to double your recording frame rate. So if recording @ 4k/24p then use 1/50sec shutter speed for example... I would also recommend hard setting the white balance! If you are more beginner oriented, you can use P mode and the camera will automatically pic the settings and do a good job. I

These step by step details of making various changes is absolutely critical for a beginner. This is my very first camera, believe it or not. I've watched it before I bought my camera. Now I've got the camera in front of me and I'm changing the settings. I'm using the on-screen menu rather than the icons because I'm not familiar with what each of them are.
