It's nothing like that. I live in a place that's considered more violent than others (learnt that from my hospital staffs who has worked in other districts) and for me it seems normal bcz we rarely had any danga or religious fights, the few minor we had occurred after social media popularity and the kinda news I read makes me feel like we are doing fine. Also I lived in Patna for 6 yrs and there is only a lil bit of difference like more parks and wider roads than my district and you can stay out a lil more late. My sister got job in Pune and she was going crazy over there and finally she got another one in Ranchi so joined that and then she said it now feels like home bcz ppl in Jharkhand are also friendly. I don't know about private ones but in govt offices in South, it's not good. Not only for Bihari but in general North Indians. Starting from Maharashtra, it's lil bit division but the more South you go, the worse it will be at least for those working in govt office
