I’m in love with the design and the final look!!!! I do want to mention that the windows remind me more of gothic windows than renaissance which feels fitting for the entire scene. Also, a suggestion for Jazza you have to try book structures as a form of art!!! (One of the simplest and something that I believe will be of interest to you is a type of book form called a dragon book)

He really lights up my mood. Also after seeing his video about starting is petreon, where he showed himself vulnerable and thanked his community. I must add to this. He is absolutely right. There is no video where I don’t check out the comments. It’s like watching Jazza and at the same time thinking what the community said to it. I love to read the comments. So thank you to everyone on sharing there thoughts in the comment section in a very respectful way. ❤

I love your work, the 3D effect is so cool! I have a random idea that might not actually work, but maybe you could incorporate electronics into this. You could add some glowing lights in between some of the background layers and you could make smaller pieces of acrylic for clouds or other objects that could be moving with some motors. Maybe the bottom where the acrylic is standing could be a pcb (circuit board). Sorry, I’m an engineer, I can’t help it 😅. You could even have the piece interact differently when people are looking at it by changing the lights or something!

Another super cool one Jazza! Have you thought of experimenting with impasto? Adding impasto to the sheets might add a lot of depth. I'd also love to see how far you can take impasto painting. Ps: if you ever want to up the challenge on these acrylic layer pieces, try painting it on the back side of the acrylic to show the image on the clean side. 😁

Here is a tip/trick for you to try next time, if the acrilic is a bit thick you can further enhace this effect by painting some details in the back of the acrilic and some on the front, and as you continue to build layer upon layer believe me that this will help to create something unique as light and shadow dance together to create an ilusion.

That is super cool! Thought the final result makes me want to see another piece like this done, but the parts in the background be painted on larger sheets. As the forward most sheets appear much bigger and the background shrinks to the point where the foreground sides and top have no background. If the sheets went from large to small no part of the picture would lose out on that wonderful background.

For example.. the colors of the sky on the last panel, then the next 2 panels distant waves and clouds moving towards you, the next panel be larger waves , the next panel being your cresting main wave, the next panel being where the ocean comes into the land, and the final 2 panels be the sand and all the details between you and the water.
