No one starts off making masterpieces. Every artist or craftsman was a beginner. You get better over time with practice and every piece is better than your last. Try targeting your practice, like focusing on anatomy or perspective or even just one body part like hands. Don't view you sketches as ugly, view them as stepping stones.

We're the same age and we share a love of art, but on the other hand I couldn't follow the same path, my childhood and adolescence were pretty fucked up. I just noticed this but Jazza doesn't really do video series or the same themed videos since the KZbinr Hero/Villains series. I feel like sometimes he might run out of ideas but if you have an established series going it gives stability for the creator and smth viewers can expect - like a 'draw your kid's art' series is a perfect example, it's 'sustainable content'
