It is hard to imagine two more naturally busy bassists playing together, but they are actually working out alright.

Agreed! Although Hadrien got in the way less than Gouché, in my opinion. And AG’s scooped sound doesn’t help.

Can’t say I liked Gouchers tone much here. Sounded like he gutted all low end from the EQ

Haha yes. I hate when a fellow band member's phone rings while we're performing. I find it a matter of courtesy and professionalism to switch phones to silent before getting on a stage.

Haudrien besides being an awesome player, knows very well how not to play on top of others (especially when there is another bass player).

Yeah, for me you can trust Mr Gouche to over-play every time. Lovely stuff, but overplaying all the same.

Beautiful song.... I love Andrew! But on a song like this you gotta hold down the Bass line Bro. And stay there! Hadrien is Masterful as always!! The saxophone is on point and I'm not even a sax guy... Lead guitar is playing support role I guess?

So are we just gonna call both of the talented black men “others “ ??? The man on the sax 🎷 is killing it I’m sure he has to be well known I’m going to go look both of them up.. love the video though but as a black musician 👨🏽🎤 that’s highly offensive
@jazzgtrl46 жыл бұрын
Well ya we are just going to call the other two "others" don't know who they are. I find it highly offensive that you would come on with that race baiting bullshit. Did you find out who the other guys are yet? Glad you loved the video.

ya funny how this guy makes a comment and then runs and hides. classic race baiter.. Hey Steave WHO ARE THE OTHER GUYS?? thought you were gonna go look it up?
@steavesmith49716 жыл бұрын
jazzgtrl4 I did look them up for your information that Andrea gouche and tivon pennicott andrea is a gospel god father and Tivon is a outstanding jazz musician that tours all over the world as well .. I don’t check comments nor am I subscribe to this channel so I don’t see your comments or anybody else .. like I said dick head it was wrong to label them as others they are outstanding musicians
@steavesmith49716 жыл бұрын
Cedric Perion are you serious like please don’t justify something that stupid ... I just find it out they they weren’t given there due diligence period and they were both the black guys.. not a mere coincidence but I’m sure you’ll say otherwise

i used to like Gouche but every time i hear him play with other bassist he's either over playing or trying to not leave space almost to appear to compete against and in essence tanking the groove. Get together my dude you ! Y our looking bad playing this way. Music is about harmony not competition to promote self and destroy all else
