Are you referring to the "12 seconds" of playing at the very beginning of the 8 + minute video and that was only one of the guitars? My point seems to be reiterated several times in the comments below by other viewers as well. Seems to me that the most important thing in a guitar video would be the sound of the instrument, maybe I'm wrong. So after watching a good video, I still have to go "somewhere else" to hear what the guitars sound like. JMO.

As a matter of fact, I did just drop $1700 on a Comins GCS-1e about a month or so ago. Its a great guitar and plays nice and has a quality build, even for an "overseas" instrument. I'm retired and I can afford most any guitar I want. But what's most important to me is the sound! Most specs* can be gotten from a number of different sites. And since there's really no place you can go and play a large assortment of Jazz guitars, I depend on KZbin videos to; at least give me an idea of what a guitar sounds like. And sometimes they still don't sound the same when you get them home and plugged into your equipment. But at least you have some reference point. All the specs are really meaningless if it doesn't sound good. "TONE IS KING..lol." Hey, I'm not trying to be a pain-just having a friendly conversation with you on what I believe makes a good guitar video ( I'm up to 2am in the morning watching these things..lol), especially if I plan to buy something. I do a lot of listening before I put my money down. Also, its a hassle returning guitars. Check out these video's and you'll see why I used them to make my Comins purchase. The last video doesn't have a word spoken anywhere in it, but it convinced me to buy. I wish you and Sadowsky great success! And by the way, Sadowsky has been making great Jazz guitars for a long time. Played by some of the best Jazzer (and others) out there. Keep up the good work. kzbin.info/www/bejne/aZO1lox5p6lojKM kzbin.info/www/bejne/qIXceGOmp8xqeqs kzbin.info/www/bejne/j4qpqZmqo9CiiJo

Very nice guitar and craftmanship, I would like to have one. Actually it is smaller than a 335 that have a 16" lower bout while this have a 14,75" lower bout, the same as a GB10.

Very helpful as I'm trying to decide between this guitar and a Jimmy Bruno. It would be even more helpful with less talk from the interviewer, more playing demonstration from the guitarists.

@@jazzguitartoday thank you- glad I found a decent review of Sadowsky SS.
Would've liked to hear more of the LS and SS in their videos and less talking! Otherwise good info but need more guitar playing!

I hear you! If you get your own, tell Roger you saw it here! Thanks for watching!
Sadowsky makes fantastic sounding guitars, but the sound does not seem to be optimal. The tone is rolled back way too much. The mic doesn't seem to be placed properly either.

As it is a gear review, a fair amount of talking is needed. Trey has lots of videos where he is performing ...that might suit you better. Thanks for watching and for your input! Please feel free to Like, Share and Subscribe to our channel.
