Don't get me wrong the A4 is a great horn but I personally feel so much better on the Coppernicus. It's like a well-made tailored suit for my playing.

Nice, but I'll disagree on Wynton, nice tone- certainly promoted by Public Radio and the networks But lacks the lead playing capabilities

That's a pretty silly response. I honestly think Wynton is the best player alive and simply could do ANYTHING at the highest level if he wanted. I think he just simply doesn't want to play lead. He also sits next to Ryan Kisor, one of the greatest lead trumpeters alive.

A friend of mine auditioned for Disneyland using his Monet. They put him on the list and told him to bring his Bach next time.

Never played one so can’t attest to how they play but my wife stated it best. They all sound like there’s a wad of cotton wrapped around the bell. Or maybe it’s Dave’s massive ego. Sorry. Like the Carol Brass one you had the other day better.

I totally get where you're coming from. I think his horns are quite specific. they do some things very well... that being said I am very happy with my current collection! :)
