If you gently brush or comb each curl and then twist it back the way it was curled they will look smoother .... as someone with curly hair I do this all the time

I had higher hopes for those curlers too. It didn't look bad, it actually looked cute, but not quite what you're expecting. If you're after ringlets then I suggest a curling wand. Mine is just a cone, there's no bit to clip the hair to it, you just wrap your hair around the cone and hold it for a few seconds with a heat proof glove. There are two ways to wrap the hair, one will give your beach waves and the other ringlets. For beach waves, pinch the section of hair and wrap it without loosening your grip, it'll twist the curls and make them less defined. For ringlets, with each wrap you need to flatten the hair against the curler so it goes around like a flat piece of ribbon. Hope that made sense. And it doesn't usually take me too long, my hairs about the same length as yours , down to my belly button.

I think it looks great! I think if you applied a curl/friz cream or oil to the ends it would tame the frizz. Or even a tiny bit of water to loosen them up... But as someone with natural curly hair, that looks so NEAT compared to the literal tumbleweed of frizz I am dealing with lol
@wendyfoster8680
@wendyfoster8680 3 жыл бұрын
I thought the curls were actually really cute on you! I have the off-brand ones and I love them. I typically only do it if I have something in the evening and I know I'll be home all day to just sit with the curlers in my hair. But I know that it works well for my hair. I'd certainly be scared to do it before something if I didn't know how it was going to turn out.

When ever jazzy talks about greys anatomy I always thing of my dog. He was 12 when he went blind and around age 13 we discovered that he loved greys anatomy. He used to throw a fit when it came to eating and if my husband came home late from work which is all the time but if i put greys on he would pretty much instantly chill out we went through all the seasons except for the most recent and he was just happy as a clam listening to it. He died at 15.5 summer of 2020 so it is always nice to remember him happy on the couch

I have to say the way you two interact is adorable! My husband always wants pictures/artwork up too high as well. No idea why as he's shorter than me lol! I think the baking scratch off would be fun if you picked blindfolded ~ like pin the tail on the donkey, but baking!

Actually, I don’t think it’s bad! I might would use a curling iron to “fix” the ends. I would use a light gel in it while your hair is wet, then a light hairspray throughout before putting in the curlers. Between the 2 of them you should get a good hold. I always have to do that to my hair if I want my curls defined. 🤷🏼‍♀️
@carveylover

When hanging pictures, don't go for eye height! I've heard it's a museum thing, not for your home. Go for other lines in the room, or like hang it in the middle (hightwise) between the table and ceiling. But I usually just get someone to hold the picture somewhere and I go see from a distance and move it around till I like it! 😁
@c9828413
@c9828413 3 жыл бұрын
It's not just a museum thing to hang them at eye level, it's an esthetic thing, however when there are height differences usually go between the two eye levels. Museums hang at average height so that the art is at a comfortable height to view, without having to look up or down and strain ones neck.

I LOVE Grey's Anatomy too!!! I've finished up all 18 seasons they have on Netflix (not all at once lol, I started watching it when it very first started on TV lol) I love watching it on there so there's not a million commercial breaks but I hate that it takes like 2 years for a new season to be added lol. I thought the curls looked good! Especially being no heat curls that you kept on for like 2 or 3 hours! I think the blonde ends was throwing you off as far as they way that part looked. I've alway wanted to try these as I have long, straight hair too. Mine is thin though. Your hair is so thick & healthy! What hair care products do you use?

I cut the command strips in half when I have a frame that isn't flush with the wall. Cut it long ways and put it along the edge of the frame on the sides near the top and it should be enough to hold it. If you are worried you can cut 2 and use them on each corner. Saves you 2 strips per frame 🤗

well I have to get my hair a lot more wet before putting them in any curlers, and lots of people use some kind of setting spray before putting the curlers on. If I just wear curler for two hours I have no curls at all. My hair does NOT want to stay curled. And from what I have seen you need to push the curlers up a bit more before starting to pull the hook with the hair through. If I am going out or getting ready for something in the afternoon or evening I shower in the morning and put curlers in. Then go about my day and pull the curlers out about an hour before I have to leave (after i have changed my clothes) that gives me enough time to fix the hairstyle. And if I don't like it there is always the curly ponytail to save the day. :D

the curlformers work best with much smaller sections of hair, especially if you have thick hair. anywhere from 1-2 cm but not more than 2 cm. I usually do 2 in the same direction, 2 opposite, and repeat, that way the curls appear larger. I also found best success on slightly dampened hair, not freshly washed
