I have both male and female friends. Not much difference. I think it depends on the type of people you choose to hang out with. Growing up the guys were jerks though, sexist, rude and ignorant. They harrassed some of the girls in a vicious way I suppose because they couldn't beat on them. Girls are, in my experience, nicer more understanding and loyal. Of course we didn't have the likes of the Kardashians, social media and other sources that have started this trend of how they think women behave and pit them against eachother.

Re: Resting sad face - I get stopped on the street at least once a week by strangers asking me if im OK and why am I upset. Its just my face, and it weirdly always makes me feel like i wish i was upset because people are so sweet and I hate that they're concerned but im perfectly fine. Yes I know that's weird.

Nea Orlean same here!! It drives me nuts! Almost every day at work, my coworker asks me why I'm mad, upset or what's wrong with me and why I sound angry. I do not have a feminine voice. She's asked me these questions almost daily for fricken 8 years 😫😫. I remind her all the time that it's just my face and voice and to stop asking me these questions because asking me immediately puts me in a bad mood. 😭

When me and my husband got our first house last year we were unsure on whether to get pets as we like to travel a lot but we discovered you can actually pay for a cat sitter to visit once or twice a day so we got two twin kittens who adore our cat sitter. It’s through an agency so it’s very secure and it’s not too expensive either!

After struggling so much with the current situation, working with people with life limiting conditions, learning disabilities and mental health issues, having just lost my grandad and other personal issues. Just like Sophie Louise you were so very honest and I loved how you owned up to having a privileged background, I have had one aswell in some aspects but brought in extreme poverty and still were struggling but I know so many people who get all worked up and think theres something wrong being privileged so even if they've had a good childhood they'll deny it for sympathy? And then later they confessed to it and said that they just were worried that people would be jealous of their childhood and be spiteful about it which I do understand but its refreshing to see someone just happily own up to it because it's not a problem if you have or havent grew up privileged - in some way everyone has in the emotional sense, theres always something to feel privileged/grateful for 💜💜💜

My habits are hit and miss lately! My extra teeth cleaning and skin care have been not great. But I am done the first edit of my book! I thought it would take weeks but just doing it has been so helpful! I've edited 25 chapters (I had 15 done before I started this) since your first habits video!
