TRYING ON ALL MY CLOTHES (extreme closet cleanout)

Little tip, if the clothes are bigger, you want it shorter or tighter... etc dont throw them. Go to a tailor to get it ajusted. It's not that expensive. I thrift a lot and sometiles its not the perfect size. I got a lot of stuff tailored and I still have them to this day 🙌 You can also dye some stuff. I recently made my sweater and sweat pants blue, turned better than I thought. Just want to wear it every day

Youre very pretty im similar to you i have slippy straps also and jackets fall off waists get me . Its 21 inches. I became a seamstress my measurements sucked even when I gained weight. Using a sewing machine is surprisingly easy. Also mixing and matching kids and adults tops can save a killing.

From hottie to hottie please don’t hang your knitwear 🥺. It will stretch it and make those bump’s in the shoulder area. Knitwear is supposed to be stored laying not hanging 🙏

I hang them but I told them in a way thats non damaging. You fold vertically your sweater and lay it down in a flat surface horizontally and basically put the hanger on top of the sweater and then fold over the sleeves covering the hanger and then the bottom of the sweater you also fold them over covering the hanger. It helps a lot if you wanna save space in your dresser!

I have a LOTTA clothes for my room, which are 90% currently all on my floor even tho theyre clean (trying on multiple fits or not putting away laundry etc) but after watching ur vid i realize GIRLY HAS A LOTTA CLOTHES LIKE OMG... ig our closets really do expand to fill our spaces. I've been inspired to declutter some clothes and try to live with the bare necessities to look cute... tryna get that capsule wardrobe so theyre all similar in style and can be mixed and matched or paired with each other :D

If anyone is having a hard time with keeping a bunch of clothes because of the memories they hold, you can have someone make something like a quilt with pieces of the clothes. My mom has a sewing business and has made multiple t-shirt quilts for people so they can remember the things even though they never wear them, if they don't fit, or if it belonged to a deceased love one. If you don't want a quilt, you can also *totally* find some other cool thing to do with the old clothes.

Love this! Also, for future reference, you can get oil stains out of fabric with dish soap! I use clear and unscented, but you can use blue dish soap (watch out for whites, they could turn blue which is why I like clear) Douse the area with soap and leave for 30 min to a couple of hours. Throw into a regular washer (rinse out first if using he washer) It has always worked for me!

I wish I could have seen this earlier so that you could see this idea, but as you were going through the pants, you mentioned that you were hesitant with the white pants.If you did end up keeping them, you could dye them a different color, that way you still have the details but not all the terrifying things that could go wrong with white.! 🤍

Hi Jasmine! I've been watching your videos for a few years and am happy about how far you've come. That being said I wanted to just put some thoughts here, and I don't really expect you to read them, but if you do then great! I've noticed a sort of (most likely unintentional) pattern of you having a closet cleanout, whether large or small, at least once a year. And yes, it's good to donate or rid yourself of clothing you don't use anymore, but I have to ask, how does this keep happening? It wouldn't be a bad idea to consider going on a clothing buying ban for a bit because, as another consumer and human being on planet Earth, a lot of clothing waste is causing great harm to all of us. I wanted to write this not as me trying to be rude or harmful to your personal self but solely as a fellow human and ask you to think about your ecological impact, especially as an influencer.
