Ok, ok, so the other night, i had an altercation with my boyfriend for the second time this week. It isn't like an argument. it's more that we are both people pleasers and dont want to upset each other, so we get frustrated when one of us constantly blames ourselves and then the other does... you get the point. I decided after we had calmed down to speak about it with him and set some things so this doesn't happen. We have almost hit 4 months so these are these are the first 2 issues we have had. I've learnt from my ex that sitting your partner down to talk and set boundaries and rules is NECESSARY for a happy and non-toxic relationship. I can't stress enough, please, please, please, please, PLEASE whenever there is a chained argument in your relationship and it isn't getting resolved, sit down with your girlfriend or boyfriend and COMMUNICATE your issues. It helps a ton. It may seem intimidating or awkward, but it works. If your boyfriend refuses to comply, he isn't the one. Be straightforward as well and put your points out. Dont be afraid to worry your partner during these conversations. I brought up taking a break with my boyfriend, and he got so worried and stressed. Just make sure to assure your partner during these talks aswell that they aren't at fault (or maybe they are) and you just want boundaries placed so your relationship stays healthy. (For those who may comment, i mentioned a break if this we have issues too much).

i got laser treatment on my calves and armpits last year and it was PERFECT! It was pretty pricey (my treatments cost around $200 ish, and my pits were free) but SO WORTH IT! Im a hairy girl, and i used to have to shave almost twice a week! If you have the money, I would give it a try! In regards to pain level, i have pretty low pain tolerance, but the only areas where it hurt were the bony areas like my ankles, and the pain didnt last very long!
