Bro I’m glad you pulled the trigger on a 340i honestly I believe you will love it and the nerves of owning a BMW will slowly fade, the reliability on these cars is astounding!

I prefer the 335i over the 340. Much more buildable, and the front end looks a lot better. But since you already pulled the trigger, glad you got what you wanted. To each their own...

@@NoClutchGarage Absolutely!!! My experiences have been night and day different from what the ridiculous net warriors report online. I've had six bimmers, and sold all but one of them with over 200K on them, still running well and without ever stranding me. Regular maintenance done properly, these cars will run forever. Especially the N54. Mine is build to 720whp. I keep up with maintenance, and it runs beautifully. I wasn't giving you crap for buying the 340i, as different people love different things. But I do have a strong bias against the F series and up. I love the E series, and will stick with it for a very long time if what I'm seeing from BMW styling continues. Cheers!

It’s kind of misleading to label it as the F Chasis... B58 is Definitley in its own league, its no N5x, I dare say better in terms of reliability and power capability, of course we are also finding weaknesses but with the proper steps this motor can be an absolute beast.

Quick question. Do the maps tell you which octane to run ? I just bought one and have not installed it yet. How do you know the difference between map 1 and map5 for instance ?

Hey bud, just watched your video. Needing some help on some error codes. No one seems to be able to answer them..wanna give it a try? It’s a s55 engine charge pipes, catless downpipes, and intakes. Running stage 2 Codes are: 101f01-throttle valve opening angle pressure-ignore, tuner code & 104301-absolute pressure sensor intake manifold, plausibility, caster: pressure too high.....hope you or someone answers! Thanks

104301 - Check your MAP/TMAP sensor, that comes on with a faulty sensor or disconnected sensor. 101f01 - Is also sensor related, so check your sensors, sometimes we accidentally damage them, check your connections. Reset your codes and see if they come back after doing this. If they do you may need to replace some sensors.

Yes, flash tunes will ALWAYS be better than a JB4

It can clear it (delete DME codes) but it’ll come back after some use (around 20-200 miles).

Depends on if you have access to e 85 and a aftermarket charge pipe for the extra boost

I just opened the CanFlap with my JB4 and I felt a POWER increase. I have downpipe/intake/charge pipes on map 2 and noticed this in case anyone is wondering.

@@jenea340 I can't confirm the numbers without a Dyno but I do feel like it is stronger. I would say standalone MHD is a bit smoother but not much. Also I decided to with this setup as I prepare to install a CPI kit.
