Cant wait to see this all come together. Awesome build. I do think it's worth doing the ram air as the air around the tank might be negative pressure/turbulent and not make great power/flow. You have the 3D scanner, just see what's possible.

Great project. Do you already have a solution in mind for the headlight conversion? The canbus will miss the original SD headlight and give some errors on the dash. I havent been able to find a dongle to eliminate this isseu.

Yes, it’s quite easy. You have to wire in a resistor so that the RC8 headlight will register with the can bus system. I’ll be going over all the little odds and ends, and how we over come them when the time comes.

why you did not just swap sdr sylinders to rc8? rc8 head flows so much more and transmission gearing also better

@@eetu1607 because although it may be better, I don’t want to Frankenstein or use rc8 engine. My goal is to build what KTM would have built today.
