JBL Charge 5 vs JBL Flip 5: Which is Better?

In comparison to the Charge and Flip 5 though, in my opinion I think that the Charge 5 sounds vastly better. That's just me. The Flip to me has a thinner sound.

In comparison to the Bose Soundlink Flex, the Flex shockingly actually sounded louder than the Charge 5. I'm stunned at how good they sound for the size they are.

Great video that was quick and super informative. I have both of those jbl speakers and I agree with what you say. I’m happy I ended up buying the Charge 5, but overall I like my Flip 5 more.

Video was great the charge 4 and 5 are good but the flip series is outstanding best bang for the buck love the flip 4,5, and 6 better then the Charge series to my listening preferences. I will eventually get a Marshall Emberton.

I have a flip 6 and a charge 5, and I find the Charge 5 vastly superior. Much warmer, much more bass, bigger speaker, bigger sounds. Flip 6 is a compromise for portability.

I have JBL speakers and my lineup today is the flip 5 for home use, clip 4 for hiking or work and the tune 215 for private listening 🎧 , I think all 3 sound great and I have been using JBL products for the past 30 years, always liked their product line 🎉

Hi, I have 2 jbl flip 5 that I always use in stereo mode. Love the bass and the sound quality, but I'm thinking of upgrading them to a higher jbl speaker. Would you recomend selling them to buy the charge 5? Or it is a bad idea? Which speaker would you recommend? I want a louder speaker with an even better bass than the flip or equal bass but louder.

Dude you’re just a hater ain’t no way in the world that flip 5 sounds better than C5 the C5 in my opinion sounds better than the flip 5 but hey to each it own I guess on another note the C5 had a lot of bass & doesn’t get distorted unlike the flip 5 where you just turn it up lot & get distorted really fast that’s why the C5 is way!!!!!!!! better than the flip 5 but hey everybody had their own opinion these days I guess I’m just glad that I have the C5 rather than the flip 5 cause the flip 5 could get the distorted fast @ high volume but not with the C5
