Thank you so much for this video! What’s crazy I contacted JBL and instead of sending me instructions. They replaced my amp and said it was bad which wasn’t because when I got the new one it still did the same thing.

No problem I spent hours trying to figure this hour an no one else made a video on it showing you how to save the presents I figured I'd save everyone else the headache.

I have the same amp. Does yours also have a pop noise when it turns on ? Also there’s a hissing noise from the tweeters that I haven’t figured out how to get rid of.

I don’t have any of thouse issues you might want to make sure if who ever installed yours make sure they didn’t run the RCAS close to the power wire that will be the cause of your noise interference
