Hello, I just bought the device and used it as soon as I took it out of the box. The battery ran out and I put it back on charge. Only the on/off button light is on and when I take it off the charger, the device does not turn on.

Thanks, the lower voltage plug worked for me, otherwise it was giving the "wet port" alarm.
