Have the 3 and just bought the 4. The 4 has a Bluetooth delay that cuts off the first few words of the WAZE GPS. The 3 doesn’t have that problem. Tried disconnecting the equalizer app and assuring that no other apps are open but the problem persists. Returning the 4. Very disappointed!

As a portable speaker lover, i heard a lot of speakers in comparison, so my opinion is drop this one and go with tribit or anker. They offer a wide sound stage for the same price. This speaker lacks low end sounds other than mid bass, if you want to enjoy deep bass with natural sound signature go with tribit Xsound go.

There's no point as it depends on what device you are watching this video on ! It can be a tv, a smartphone or a laptop speaker or you can be using a tws/headphone or anything of that sort, SO THERE'S NO WAY YOU GET TO KNOW HOW JBL GO4 SOUNDS THROUGH YOUR 'DEVICE' ! (Better go to a jbl store or some authorised dealer to give it a try after it launches)

Rather splashing your cash on this thing, just get the sony xb100 if you've got the budget or get the soundcore 3 mini.

I think the XB100 is a bit better, but the flat profile of this just means it fits better for travel. Sure if you want a tiny speaker to throw around at home, the shape and size doesn't matter but the Sony just doesn't fit in a bag as well and that matters for travel. The Clip 5 is better than this too, but that also comes at a weight and size increase. I just want something TINY and low profile that is still a big jump over any cellphone speaker and doesn't break the bank... this fits the bill.

"Don’t Buy Anything Else!" really? I was the OG GO owner in 2016 also I owned their first TWS in 2019. They have great sound BUT they are not reliable for long life. Both of them died abruptly, first their battery started falling with inconsistent backup and eventually they refused to work. I have owned (or bought for others) various audio product in multiple price range and my conclusion is JBL has the worst lifespan no matter how good sound! Sony has it's own drawbacks but still has far better lifespan. Best bluetooth speaker I have owned is LG PL5. So if you are not a JBL fan try to avoid their product with rechargeable battery.

I have been using JBL flip 6,JBL go 3, and tribit x sound go... Iam damn sure that tribit x sound go is far far better than JBL Go 3 , Tribit gives what we paid for it's value for money. Tribit x sound go gives greatest battery backup (24hr),has better mids, Highs,and lows, and it's 16 Watt and gives powerful puch to music....for me JBL go 3 is a trash and a waste of money....Those who want to show people hey Buddy I have JBL ha ha ha!!!
