JBL Partybox 1000 Delay Problem - Not Good For Dj Controllers

Guys The only solution to this issue that I found was connecting your DJ Controller using an Audio RCA Cable to 3.5 mm (this end *3.5 mm* to be connected to the back of your JBL Party box) It works flawless. If you own 2 JBL party Boxes you will need to sync them using the speaker syncing mode. On the JBL 300 is very simple, all you do is press both syncing buttons on speakers simultaneously for 10 seconds. The only problem - pain in the ass is if for any reason you disconnect, you need to start the process all over again. If you're doing a gig or djing at a carne asada or backyard patio, make sure your speakers are plugged in to an electrical outlet or your speakers are 100% charge, this will minimalize any "disconnecting" issues. I learned this by trial and error/ bad experiences while doing home parties. My pain, your knowledge lol. Here is the link of the cable.

I have the same B.S. with my boombox 2... Support is unable to help. I think the main problem is the DSP !!! Why JBL has no function to disable the DSP via the app ?!

So I got to experience this just last night from a partybox 300 and it was frustrating as heck. What you thought was spot on from the headphones turns into sh*t once you turn the fader up when beatmatching. Good thing I only borrowed the partybox. Now I know why I need to stay away from it.

I saw a vid of a guy useing 2 300 from jbl and use a rca to one connection for each speaker. that did not give him a delay I wonder if that would work with the 1000 speaker.

100s and 300s cannot be used for djing either. Any signals over 0db coming from a dj controller cuts the sound / introduces distortion with Aux in. If you go Guitar in it won’t but that’s unbalanced mono

I think it will still work for me because Im not a skilled DJ, I just put together playlists and do some singing/hiphop. I havnt noticed the MIC delay even if its there, it isnt messing me up. For what it is and especially what you paid we cant complain. To buy a similar system your looking at a similar price but not all in one.

I am still waiting for my 1000 to be delivered, but I saw in a forum that if you connect a dual RCA to your controller and AUX port in the partybox, the audio doenst have a delay. I will test it and leave a comment here in 3 weeks.

@@joshuamontillano1746 Glad you pinged me on this. I am using a dual RCA on both my Partybox 1000 and my DDJ FLX4, and it has no delay at all! I can't complain.

Mate I’ve literally just sold my KRK as I thought this JBL would be the one! The lag is so slight it’s hardly nothing but it’s enough to totally throw out your mix 😅 gunner have to buy some monitors again now ffs 😠

I’ve cracked it!!! Well on the 310 anyways, there is an input called daisy chain, there is zero lag onit I’ve just double dropped 3 mixes in a row all good! So if it has the daisy chain input you’re away

@@vintagestereos I was about to buy one, but I smelled that this problem might exist so I looked for it. How insane that they sell a premium speaker for that much money and it's unusable by actual professionals.
