It can only connect to one device at a time. You can pair these earbuds to two devices, but you would have to manually disconnect it from a device if you want to switch to another. So, it isn’t as intuitive as the Apple AirPods where you can switch between devices without manually disconnecting from a device.

I am happy with these Earbuds - sound quality has been good, as I almost exclusively use these for listening to music. The customisable touch controls have also worked well for me.

I don't have Airpods, but it's one tap for volume up and two for down and it works really well. The sound quality is quite impressive and the software will change the bass level for open ear to sealing ear buds. Honestly, for the price they pretty great.

@@satevo462 bought them and yeah they’re decent, deffo worth the price. Bass is decent but buttons not always the most responsive, but can’t complain for a third of the price of AirPods

Yes, the music continues playing in the one earbud whilst the other is in the charging case (even when the case is being charged via the USB-C connector).

I would suggest removing both earbuds, disconnecting the earbuds via the Bluetooth settings, and then opening the earbuds case to reconnect the earbuds to your device. If that does not work, try clicking ‘forget device’ on your Bluetooth settings to unpair, and then pair the device again. Hopefully, that should help resolve the issue for you. If not, worth also troubleshooting by checking the settings in the JBL Headphones app to see if anything in there could explain the cause of this issue which you seem to be experiencing.

It seems like you may have a faulty earbud. I would suggest that you return the item and request an exchange.

I haven’t noticed any issues with my devices, as they are still working well. Obviously, with any electronic device, you can have manufacturer defects. If this seems to be the case, and you have purchased these within the last 12 months, then I would suggest that you go back to the retailer to request a repair/replacement, as they are required to provide that in the UK under your consumer rights. Hope you manage to get it sorted!

Asla almayın asla!!! Alalı 4 ay oldu 1 ay önce bozuldu kutu kulaklıkları şarj etmiyor. Evimin dışında kullanmadım, tertemiz bıraktım her zaman içinde asla kıl, tüy, toz yok. Su-nem kesinlikle görmedi yani çok titiz kullandım fakat nafile 3. ayın sonunda bozuldu. Ayrıca aldığım günden beri ANC çalışmıyor uygulamasından kullandığım ve güncelleme yaptığım halde. Ben bu kulaklığa verdiğim ücreti kesinlikle helal etmiyorum daha önce hiç bu kadar kalitesiz elektronik ürün kullanmamıştım. Bir daha kesinlikle JBL ürünü satın almayacağım size de tavsiye etmiyorum
