Do you get a lot of snakes or scorpions or centipedes or roaches in your room there? Idk how bad bugs are there

There’s no snakes in Hawaii but be prepared to see cockroaches everywhere ;) you will get used to it. They are not dangerous

How did you get based there? I'm from there. And joining the airforce and wana be based there but I heard it's hard to get it.

It was totally by chance. And getting orders here is rare. Its also based on your job and if they need your afsc here. Some afscs are limited to what bases they get to go to.
