Very interesting comparison. Did not bash on their product just shown the difference and stating facts! I love it

When I talk about the profile I'm talking about the first half of the weight... It's really close to mine zero to 35 mph on profile.. if you think about where the roller travels from one end to the other that's basically 0 to 68 mph.. so theirs is really close to mine now since they made the Gen2 from zero to 35

The RCOR weight on left with groove is exactly what ours looked like at 700 mi. after installed on completely rebuilt overdrive primary by Cornell Customs. What causes the groove to wear faster in some vs others is another info. video we all need. Cleaning out CVT primary, isn't a factor on brand new primary. Dirty Secondary ? (ours looks clean, we have pictures inside and out) I would be surprised if a little belt DUST can stop the secondary action with that much pressure. Maybe spreader bolt metal shavings were introduced into Helix during cleaning but not belt dust alone. Kaw. doesn't list secondary maintenance schedule, therefor many have no idea it needs to be cleaned and lubed. How can a JBS customer get "claimed" 7000 mi. from their primary vs RCOR weights grooving at 700 - 1000 miles ? Many people have posted this premature wear info. on RCOR and others before but I assumed something else was wrong that caused the premature wear, UNTIL it happened to us on a completely rebuilt primary. We would really like to understand. . .NOT bashing competitors, just looking for honest answers. (I've tried getting them from closed door communication) BIG Pic. . . I guess putting it out there is the only way for ALL UTV owners to get longer CVT life. If it's the secondary, we need new controlled test data. Example: If starting with NEW primary and secondary, would the RCOR weights still groove prematurely? FYI: JBS weights are replacing RCOR in our primary Dec. 2024. We aren't changing anything except the weights. If we put 1-2k on JBS weights and they look fine. Does that answer the Q ? Thank you

@@jemadv1594 you need to do some more research.. right Coast weights have been put in thousands of new KRX's and didn't last.. I've done enough research to know it has nothing to do with the secondary and if you look at the results on the internet you will see it has nothing to do with the secondary.. we have the fix and have had it for 3 to 4 years.. we are the only ones that have a 2 year warranty for a reason.. Cornell is new to the game and just like that post the other day the guy was having slipping issues from his clutch.. and if you go back and look I said that what was going to happen because of the way he was doing it... 4 years is enough testing to see results...lol... Ask Cornell to give you a warranty..lmao

@@jemadv1594 and they get that many miles because of how we make them and the coatings we use.. go on Facebook and see how many sets you've seen wear out since we started 4 years ago
