Holy mackerel, that little change made a big difference. I sure hope you find a shock that will make use of the additional travel!

Absolutely, a little notch goes a long way, we end up with about 14" with a shock in place. Not bad considering we didn't have to cut into the body for a "long travel" shock. We'll see if it's effective enough in time.

Very nice, plenty of travel now! on a side note, I like your grinder nut on your grinder with the flip down tighten/loosen handle, never seen on like that before. Keep up the good work guys!

It sure is handy, gotta thank @RYOBITOOLSUSA for that one! Travelwise, we're limited by the shock and not cutting into the body but I think we've got it figured out to a point where we'll get over 12".
