Maybe some pipe insulation or a couple pool noodles to go over those sharp points. Ouch!

Good job as always guys! If working on bugs teaches you anything it's problem solving! bummer about the brake calipers but I'm sure you'll figure out a way to use them.

How did it ride with the 28 mm torsion bars ? Looks great you guys.

The 3x3 arms with the 28mm torsions seems to be just about the same as stock. We don't have shocks on the rear end yet, they will make a big difference in the way the rear end rides.
