Thanks so much! I haven't tried the new JC 777 mould, yet. This older mould is based on the JC/GJ 777 mould that has been around since 2015 which in may opinion is worse than the Phoenix mould. Out of all the 777 moulds I have tried so far I like the Phoenix best, then JC Flaps Down, and GJ last.

@@CitrusAviation this is the new JC mould and not the old Gemini one. The Gemini mould is a cradle fit mould. This is the best 777 in 400 scale to date and easily beats the Phoenix in detail and printing.

@@YesterAirlines Food point. I didn’t realize that until I just got the Air India and was like, hold up, this is the same mould as threat Koran Air. Then I went and compared it to my GJ as saw the differences.

Excellent review. I was setting up my Phoenix Sky Harbor Model Airport and it was really pleasing to hear the excellent audio presented in this video. Excellent presentation by JC, I agree with everything you said in this video. Just a couple of minor things but for the most part what a model it is! Excellent work!

Great review man! I thought JC and GJ had the exact same mold but I just got the Cathay 77W by JC yesterday and WOW is it a nicer mold!!

Thank you so much! This mould seen in the review are the same mould GJ and JC use except for the flaps down. In the Cathay case, JC gets the new moulds before GJ, and should be a look into what the future GJ 777 mould could look like.

I believe that making a plane in 1/400 is not that expensive because the only thing that changes from that mold is the wings, engines are the same, tail are the same and the fuselage is the same

It probably cost the manufacture about $1-$2 per model more to make the mould changes.
