Hello, The main feature that I like is the ability to get into and out of the machine without having to walk under a raised load. Thanks for posting this review. Shalom/gw

A friend has the JCB Teleskid. It is an animal. He uses a converted Holmes 600 winch box on it. If anyone could twist up a boom it would be him. He hasn't. And he can wreck an anvil with a feather duster. I really like the side entry when working alone and rigging chains and stuff.

Thanks for making the video. I have a 270T on order so hopefully I’ll have it within a few weeks. These machines aren’t as popular as the big names and I looked at several but I kept going back to the JCB. Again, thanks for the content. We need more info on these machines.

@@pavelkolp I was right at $69K before taxes. I absolutely love it. I just ordered a Snow Wolf Quattro Plow for it too.

@hammy71392 жыл бұрын
@@pavelkolp good question. I think the price has gone up substantially since I bought it not even a year ago. I locked in my price about a year from today though. My buddy was looking to buy one as well but we were shocked how much more expensive it was even from the same place.

I’m in NorCal too. I run certain model bobcats, certain model Cases’, but I really like Takeuchi‘s. Great fricking machines.

Chris, you should wait to grease the unit after you have washed it. That way you push out any water left in the joints that way they do not rust. Field In Michigan

I used to run a JCB back in the early 2000s, I loved that machine and miss running it. They are easy to operate. The only bad thing is, the one I was running had tires, so any little bump would compress my back

Exactly what I was thinking. When I also think that Andy with farming and fixing and fabricating probably use most types of machines as much as Anybody near Syracuse New York on the dairy farm.

Regarding the boom, I agree. I’m sure JCB worked out all of the torque loading, balance, and beefed everything up accordingly. 🤔

That machine is stout!! I worked with a farmer today loadin logs.. he loaded a 36" diameter white oak 12' 6" long on my trailer and didn't even attempt to tip... He claimed he's loaded 7000 lb logs with it no problem... I want one!

Why did you buy it?🤔 Because it’s awesome! 😃 I am new to the world of skid steers; Having gotten some property that was too rough for the tractor to handle, I ended up getting a 2017 Gehl RT 210. 460 hours, enclosed, high flow, 35 gallon per minute, low flow, 21 gallon per minute. I already have JCB and ASV envy! 😄 I am running a blue diamond 60 inch extreme brush cutter.

Never been around any JCB equipment... I understand they are made in England? What engine, how much HP? I always wondered about that offset single boom design, but if you say you caught a stump tooling along and came to a sudden stop and didn't tweak anything, I'll believe it. With all that glass, if the A/C dies in the summer, so do you.

This one says assembled and engineered in USA. 74 HP JCB engine, no DEF/DPF
@lumberjackdreamer62672 жыл бұрын
Interesting engine, very large displacement, 4.4 liters. Bigger engine than a Cat299D or Kubota 97 Huge torque. But engine is derived to 74hp to simplify the emissions requirement. That’s a smart move.

That machine is definitely a beast,I have had a chance to walk around one a few times and they are built heavy..as a forman at a heavy equipment repair and fab shop I've seen numerous bobcats, cat skids and recently more kubota skids coming in with major repairs needed,booms broke,quick attach plates broke and twisted but haven't seen any jcbs at all..maybe nobody is using them or they are just really tough lol.great video bud,take care.

I wouldn’t say it’s a beast, I would give it an average score. There are so many better and stronger skids. As long as your happy with it that’s all that matters.
