i am so much inspired by Matthieu Ricard , i like the idea of altruism and i wish i could write a book about it to be read in my community because i think altruism is a pragmatic solution to all the problems that disturbs our contemporary societies..

yeah... we are so far from altruism as a society, it's going to take us another 1,000,000 years or more (and twice as long for the people of US) to get to that level of consciousness. You don't agree??? Well, have a look at our own politicians and what they do to their own people (life should be getting easier and not harder and harder with all the automation and all the money floating around - instead, we are heading back towards slavery, in terms of both, income and rights); have a look at all the countries and nations being destroyed for the benefit of the US's 'national interests' (not that GB, Germany, and even France are far behind); have a look at how me treat mother Earth....
