Do their 19 gen 3 slides come with the sleeve? Or would I need to order it?

The one i ordered didn't. But if you are building a slide w new parts, all the parts kits come w liners. But i recommend spending a few extra bucks and getting a brass liner. It actually makes a difference in the smooth-ness of the trigger pull.
