Excellent, this thing looks very slick. I'm not into scale but I could make an exception for this beauty! The landing gear suspension is functional too from the looks of it. Glad there are still companies selling collective pitch helicopters instead of all fixed-pitch quadcopters everywhere! Collective pitch can do negative thrust so provide more smoother flight and more types of flying too like inverted or auto-rotation. The RTF price is steep ($1250 USD minus 10% discount code) but if they sold an ARF or kit form it could be significantly cheaper without having to buy the radio too and battery.

If this heli is equipped with onboard GPS why install the FAA "locater beacon" ? Why not just program it into the GPS?

Cool heli but for that price I'll buy a used car. Brian you don't suck as a heli pilot. What I notice is how you never push them. Of all of your helis the 330s is the one to push. Fly it like an airplane for a while. Go fast, as fast as you can and feel how the blades get close to stalling on hard curves. Not only is this the most fun, imo, you also get really confident at slow speeds, hovering and then inverted. It might scare camera crew but she can stand far away while you rip it. Thanks as always. Will you guys show ice skates soon?

Love it, want it since the day i saw it for sale -- its the only REAL heli i ever rode in --- my wife got it for me as a B-day present --- the pilot put me on the sticks 15minutes in and i was ready to PUKE lol. RC heli flying IS for me, REAL heli flyin, is NOT for me. Thanks for shooting in the cold -- that is HARD to contorl the sticks with precision when its SO cold. This heli is has the BEST SAFTEY record of any heli in the world -- or one of. When i flew it in -- was summer time --- DOORS OFF -- 5 point harness only thing holding you in on steep banks --- YIKES is all i can say!!

The red & green nav lights are nice, but for the high price of this heli, for safer & easier night flying it really needs a front spotlight so you can tell if it's coming or going, and a rear blinking red beacon light would be the final touch. My Yuxiang coast guard heli has all the lights I mentioned above, red & green nav lights, a front spotlight, and a red beacon under the mid/rear, very easy to fly at night.

Hi Brian I have the same iMax charger, there is no internal cooling fan...mine gets way too hot if you use it to discharge at more than 1 amp. It also seems to want to discharge down to 3 volts per cell so keep an eye out for that. Nice vid.

Nice but I want a scale Airwolf with retracts, counter clockwise rotation, tail rotor on the left side and accurate paint. A Blue Thunder would be nice too. I think Flishrc makes a Airwolf with retracts.

Hello Buddy. The Heli is fire but can you also help me with my two problems? The first one is that my Umx Turbo TImber evo always flies a little bit to very much up. I already tried to ajust the rudder and the elevator but that makes only a little difference. In the Loops it also flies not a streigt loop but a loop more side ways. Is that a skill issue? And my second problem is my NX8 throttelstick gets stuck sometimes. It also stuck allitle bit when I make slow moves. Sould I oil it or smth. Or can I ajust this on the transmitter. Thank you!
