Reminds of the story of a soldier who saved civilians in a super dangerous mission. They’re under fire, and he opened fire on the enemy, and didn’t realize one of the shells fell down and rolled onto an infant’s face, until the shrieking from the baby for so loud. This man saved all these civilians yet couldn’t let go of that guilt or forget that baby girl’s shrieking. He said he felt like the worst human in existence over it. There’s a video of him finding her when he was a very very old man and she was grown, and one of the first questions he asked was “did I scar your face terribly?”, as for DECADES he had carried the guilt and fear that he had maimed this sweet innocent baby and that she had to grow up with a scarred face. He said it freed his mind when she said she had no scars at all, her face didn’t scar at all from the burn. Man literally saved them all and couldn’t shake that guilt of hurting that innocent baby, even though he was SAVING HER.

Thank you so very much for NOT superimposing MUSIC/NOISE during most of the clips !!! Especially the ones outdoors, in water, the wind, the pitter-patter of the dog running and then jumping into the leaves, the waves lapping, the whales breathing through their blowholes. etc. I suppose some of the clips already have that annoying beats=noise in/on the video, but it is usually quiet. I also appreciate your calm to-the-point descriptions without any lame attempt to be funny or clever: they are usually made just to fill the (wonderful) void, unnecessary and annoying because the video speaks for itself !! I have subscribed. !!!
