I'm teaching myself to Irish Dance.. I have been for just about a year now. I came to these videos to put them in a playlist I use to teach myself.. but I always end up captivated by the steps and I'll watch half the video without noticing. That would explain why it is 12:01 am right now...

We did similar "core" exercises, when I was playing (American) football. We would lie on the ground face up, and our coaches would make us lift our legs. Then, for more punishment, they would make us hold our legs raised a foot off the ground. And for even more punishment, they would make us spread and close our legs, only exactly when they said. It seems like torture, and it was. The thing is that I never had a broken bone playing sports. I think I dislocated a guy's shoulder though.

i,d mad observation her but jean butler looks like nicole kidman with been tall red curly hair but far more genuine talent and far and away movie was Hollywood rubbish .
