Like the music or not, the musicianship is phenomenal. Two fretless instruments at the opposite ends of the spectrum, in tune(!), an acoustic guitar, and at a much faster tempo than the original. Wow.

Este video fue grabado en Budapest 1995.11.03 durante la gira de "Rite of Strings": La canción de John, es una composición de Clarke/Corea que es increíblemente suave y relajante y cañón de memoria, que tiene Ponty escrito por todas partes. Esta es una vieja canción de Stanley Clarke dedicada a John Coltrane...un virtuoso admirador de otro gran virtuoso...gloria del Jazz y gran saxofonista... Su interpretación es excelente porque hacen interacción con los demás y parece ser tan fácil y relajado... Y cómo permiten que sus instrumentos individuales se complementen mutuamente...Lo que esto hace una cosa sostenida, poderosa y con gracia. Como siempre la interpretación de Jean Luc es una cosa de belleza. Los 3 son grandes intérpretes y esta vez les salió excelente...

The scales Jean Luc plays are a bit unpredictable to my rockn roll ears especial at the chord changes. That's not to say it isn't good though.
