Wow He is definitely quite a legend. His father was a very famous composer too. My oldest brother would play his music in the car when he was driving me to school. I was very very young but grew with this kind of music. He was very much ahead of his time. You should try and find some live concerts, especially the one he did in Egypt with the pyramids, it is pretty exceptional!

Y el primer disco que conseguí, por consejo de un amigo, fue Los Conciertos en China, donde había una versión en vivo de este tema, que siempre fue mi favorito de su extensa producción. I remember when I heard this back in 78 it sounded like the future! He was doing back in the mid 70s what the likes of Orbital or Laurent Garnier were doing in the 90s. It’s like he’s a DJ doing a live mix but the source material is the circuits of the sequencers and synths through the mixing board.
