Just tonight (December 11, 2021) I learned with great regret and sadness that Jeanne passed away this last August. Wonderful Jeanne. . . But to her point about not hearing people laugh. . .well, that's simple, why not invite a group of friends, neighbors, (out-of-towners - you might have to resort to reservations!) to come sit "on the back porch" and listen in and laugh with you? Your show is great: real "Americana" - an example of America for the world we can all be proud of.

Yes! My great grandparents and mother were from Charlotte, NC and they used the phrase “I swanee “ quite often. I always thought it was because they wouldn’t say “I swear”. Your videos are sooo funny!! They bring sunshine whenever I watch. 😃🌺🤗

I saw Miss America and Miss USA for the first time when I was about 9 years old, I thought it was the greatest thing ever so I begged and begged my mom to put me in a pageant, we didn't know anything about all the makeup and big hair and dresses I ended up getting Miss Congeniality since I didn't know how it worked I fully expected a parade in my honor, I even went up to my teacher and said "you are now looking at the new Miss Congeniality California " which I had practiced saying over and over.
