I first heard her on KZbin yesterday. Stayed up till 3 am in bed laughing worried I was going to wake my neighbors. Closed the kitchen came to bed and while trying find out about her life story saw she lost Left Brain and was so sad to see that she died shortly after. Now I am missing her as if she were a dear friend. I am almost 70 and she made me think about all I might accomplish. She was filled with God's light. RIP Jeanne my kindred spirit.

After my dad passed away I watched her performance on the funeral - I don't recall the name - and it made me laugh. It brought some laughter and smiles to the family at a difficult time. She reminds me of my Mom, so full of humor and laughter. As Mom and I got older, we got closer. Dad passed away and a few years later, my Hubby passed. Mom lost my one of my brothers to being still born. I lost my daughter to a severe asthma attack. I'm so glad Mom was the personality she was. We were both able to see the humor through the sorrow. It kept us going. I did not know that Mrs. Robertson passed away. I am just now becoming acquainted with her through KZbin, and I love it. I can identify with a lot of the "Ain't it the truth" funny stories that she tells. I wish I had known her to follow her since '79. KZbin doesn't give her the full time like they did in her finalè. Jeanne looked so poised and beautiful on the stage. I admire her attention to details and her willingness to improve herself and to teach others her craft. I am one of those who learned much from her knowledge and style. RIP

I have loved Ms. Jeanne since I first heard her on Laugh USA years ago and it greatly saddens me to learn of her and her beloved Left Brain’s passing. We have indeed lost a national treasure, one of greatest humorists of our country. RIP Jeanne Robertson. ❤️

I did not know until about 2 weeks ago that she had passed away in August. I was very, very sad as I have quietly enjoyed her work from the UK for several years now. As is so often the case, I had planned to write to her and thank her for making me laugh so often but I didn’t act on it and assumed I had forever. There’s a lesson in there somewhere. Jeanne (and Norma-Rose et al.!) entertained me enormously with her back porch shows during the early part of the pandemic - it was a great tonic.

This is the first time I heard of her passing too. I am also from the UK and I absolutely loved her shows, but about a year ago, YT stopped putting them on my suggestions list. I must search for those I have not listened to. Such a lovely lady. What a privilege it was for all those who were lucky enough to have been in her family or friends of hers. RIP Jeannie.

Jeanne has always made me laugh. I’m from NC. I get her humor. This was hard for me to watch. Cried when I read of her passing. Cried and laughed thru this video. Wow. She worked til the end of her life. She will be so missed. But she’s with Jerry now. Blessings to Beaver and family and to all who personally knew Miss Jeanne❣️

She has lifted me from the depths of despair on more than one occasion..when laughter was a foreign concept to me through the grief or whatever trauma I was living through... I cannot even pick a favorite story...I love them all...simply because they are so relatable...

Dear God, once again, thank you for lending us Jeanne. In the back of my mind, I’m thinking you could have left her here longer, but I’m sure given the choice, she missed LB and she probably already had speeches scheduled on the other side. ♥️💕♥️💕♥️💕♥️

I took my mom and her best friend to see Jeanne in Newberry SC back in 2019 for my moms 80th birthday. She laughed the whole night and thoroughly enjoyed herself. Sadly, we lost mama on 8/25/2021, just four days after Jeanne’s death. I will never forget this lady and the smiles she put on all our faces.

I’m English and I find her soooo funny. I love her accent and I try to do the southern drawl just like her. I’m so sorry to never have been privileged enough to see her live. I only found her during various lockdowns and she kept me and many friends laughing through tough times. She is unique and totally irreplaceable. 🥰

I am so glad I found her years ago. At the time I was a new minister and watching her helped me understand the need for humor in my messages. I watched the back porch KZbin shows, but as things got busier, I didn’t catch them regularly. I just heard of her passing today when the video popped up. I am glad she had this as her last show.
