Greetings to you my friend. I really love your guitar lessons and the sound of your guitar as well. My question is, so african music does not have or use scales? If so, then we to know which notes goes with what? Or how do I know which notes to press and which one I should not? Because I see almost of the people who are posting or teaching rhythm, they just teach you how to play a particular song, however, they do not teach you the geographical location of each note so you will be able to expand to what you learn from them. If you would be able to elaborate on that in your convenient time that will really be helpful. Thanks a lot once again for your valuable lessons. I learn a lot from you. May God bless you richly and increase your talent and open many doors for you to prosper and excel. Thanks a lot my friend.

Hi, thanks for your feedback and support for this channel. African music use scales. You can check soukous guitar clinic series on youtube where, I tried to explain this in details. I am planning to write a book about chords and scales for african music.
