tum is a traditional balinese steamed meat wrapped in banana leaf. My late mom used to make yummy fish or chicken tum. Some part of Indonesia I think also have variation of this dish, but with very different ingredients. I'm sure almost all balinese love this dish.

Can't wait to try nasi tekor & other Balinese cuisine. I have been to Bali for more than 10 times but I have never explored that island the way both of you are doing now.
