Your videos are the most helpful I have found on KZbin! I lost my job due to the pandemic and once it was "safe to go outside" so to speak, I was at an age that no one really wanted to hire me. So I find myself mid 60s trying to create (re-create) a life I love with fewer resources. Your information is incredible real and helpful! Thanks!

No kids here and single woman in mid sixties....no regrets! In 9th grade biology we were shown a video of "natural" childbirth. All the other girls were saying how beautiful it was and I was screaming "that is the most horrifically disgusting thing I have ever seen!" I knew right then and there that I would never have kids! I was 13

Big time video! I’m sharing this with my 22 year old son who just graduated college and starts his first job soon. This is the sequence that I wished I followed at his age. Thank God I’m doing ok financially but I made a lot of mistakes along my way. Thank you for sharing!

Jean, thank you so much for your videos. I never really enjoyed going to the office but i was always thinking “I had to do it” because it is what society tells you you need to do. Thank you thank you for the mindset change that aligns so well with how I feel and your soothing inspirational videos. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

The irony is that the very toxic traits she mentions about 9-5 jobs are actually traits that happen when you run your own business: constant emails, never signing off, always thinking about work. The problem with having your own business is that you always have to think about money and work. A salaried position with reasonable pay and hours means that you actually have time where you can fully sign off and are free from thinking about income or a hustle.

Thanks for sharing, Jean! I'm very happy to have found your channel. My wife and I also decided not to have kids, and we've been married since we were 23. Each year, we had "the vote" if this was the year. As time went by, we looked at our life together, and decided it wasn't right for us to interrupt what we had, and we continued to grow and be fulfilled with our relationship. We've had some amazing opportunities to travel and gain experiences that wouldn't have been possible if we made other choices. We celebrated 20 years married this week! No regrets! Live YOUR life!

I was a childfree in my early twenties. There were times wnen I could say to a woman with kids: "I don't understand what's the reason of having a baby!" Now I'm in my late thirties and a mom of two teenagers. And I really can't believe that can produce such perfect human beings!!!😊 So proud of them❤ But I understand your feelings as a former child free. We sometimes just can't imagine how life may turn up. It's still a miracle for me.

I didn't become financially independent until I was in my late 30's, and I'm still in my 30's. In addition to having purchased my second home and earning money on a monthly basis through passive income, I've also achieved three out of five goals. I just hope this inspires someone to realize that it doesn't matter if you don't have any of these things yet, you can start today no matter your age. Change your future by investing! I made a rather big decision by investing in the financial market.....

Saturday night I survived a tornado hitting my house. On Tuesday, my boss wanted me to drive for 8-hrs into storms with 75-mph winds. Nahhh... nice to know he cared so much for my safety. I'm guessing I'll be fired soon. Cool - I'll have more time to build my business(es).

I totally agree that not having kids can be quite freeing :) I also dont have kids and not planning to for a long long time...but the only thing that I'm concerned about is that when lm in my 90s lol if I make it that far, would I regret not having a piece of me? That would be too late haha. But other than that, it's very cool :)

Would not forget the challenges - sleeplessness - but I lucked on great kids - that chose me. And was pregnant and breastfeeding for 4 years straight as they were close in age. And I have been transformed for the better with these challenges. Strengths and confidence ms developed I would have has had to access if I didn’t have to support for them and have them show me what unconditional depth of love is. Having looked after in our wellness businesses thousands of families everyone’s experience is different. But choosing to be a parent is not always a conscious choice … life/ god/ universe whatever you believe in sometimes has a better/ different plan for you, kids or no kids. But child birth and all the stages , even empty nesting I have never thought it suck balls even 6 years of not sleeping.
