Let me know which moments were the most helpful for you! And did I over explain anything in this one, or was it just right? I try to find a balance where the roll still progresses, yet I can still explain everything I want to explain :)

First of all i want to thank you for roll in Gi, and sometimes i feel like there is not enough content (your type) since all the USA / Canada is no gi favorite. In europe Gi is still popular, and treated like Main BJJ. great work, crush 2023, and go for ADCC :)

I’ve always been curious if that “right handed, lead with right leg” thing is actually real. I’m left handed but I lead with my right leg 🤔 I’ve asked people in the gym what “leggedness” they are and it doesn’t seem to matter either. Not sure why conventionally, people lead with the right leg

Ya generally in wrestling you stand with your left leg forward if you're right handed. With passing the guard normally you stand right leg forward if you're passing. Snowboarding most right legged people stand left leg forward. Different activities aren't different I guess as to what feels most natural.

Having KZbin prime, I thought paying more for no ads would work. More and more channels are including them right in their videos now, which sucks. I get it, folks wanna make that money, but as a viewer, I’m done with ads.
