As a person doing the triangle choke from guard, how do I prevent this defense from the opponent?

This works great in the gym I think I'd need a smooth surface like the mat to pull this one off cool tip!

The chunk of hot lead being expelled from the barrel of my pistol at mach speeds are the reason i no longer do martial arts. I used to do Muay Thai and boxing.

That man at the start was impostor syndrome himself. I'd probably think the same if I was a black belt posing as white belt " I hope they don't think I'm actually a white belt"

I’m a white belt, and I ALWAYS get in that position, but I never realized I can submit someone from there 😭 I always just used it as a controlling position so that I can rest and also to annoy them

My least favorite part of many bjj gyms is the extended warmup. Shrimping, group stretching, front rolls, jogging etc. With where I'm at, I want to loosen up for 5 mins and get to the BJJ asap. Can we please stop pretending shrimping down the mat 100x is going to make us better players?

1 hour class whick entirely done with a partner practicing a move or two. 1/2 way through class it turns into live rolling with the move being taught. Then a full hour of open roll with anyone.

Between 1/3 or 1/2 of a class. So 30 to 45 for a 1h30 class, close to 1h for a 2h one.
