I'm 32. My friend best friend, Warren, at the time introduced me to "underground" and this album when I was 12. Unfortunately we don't talk anymore as time has passed. However, this music brings back so many memories of those time! Who is in the same boat?
@InVinoVeratas
@InVinoVeratas 2 жыл бұрын
Bro, I feel that; I used to blaze with my friends in Highschool listening to Jedi Mind Tricks. It was dope, but nowadays... sort of just reminiscing over the old times, I feel like an old-timer, and I found my first white hair like 3 months ago despite the fact I'm 30 (Guess it's stress). This era of hip hop was the golden era of hip hop, now there isn't much lyricism to be found, and most bars are basic.

Stoupe you are a goddamn genius... This beat and production is and will remain timeless. As far as I m concerned your production on the original albums is more than 50% of the reason JMT is still able to be on a label and make tracks today and not be flipping burgers at the local Mickey d s hustling fries and trying to get studio time. This song deserves its place in the underground rap hall of fame. It's up there with the best. Take your credit stoupe you are one of the best in the game.

This song got me through some of my darkest moments after the death of my father 16 years ago. I can honestly say that about JMT and AOTP period. This track however holds a special place in my heart. I thank God for these men and the trials that they endured that made them capable of producing such moving art. Oh and the psycho social is still one of my favorite albums.

You can't fully appreciate the line unless you recognize that it's from Greek mythology and who Prometheus was. He was a Titan who was punished by the Gods for stealing fire (heat) and giving it to human beings. Jus Allah is one of the most underrated lyricists I've come across.

That's right. The predictive programming is witchcraft and they believe if they show you the truth in plain sight and you ignore it they're not culpable. The Lord Jesus Christ who is The Almighty (Revelation 1:8, John 8:58) or Satan. Everyone chooses to follow one or the other.
