Almost! It’s still a bit stiff in the first part (in terms of how dances tambourines would truly be: yeah, it’s ballet and at that… she’s perfect. But still, this is supposed to be like a connection to that other dance and at the beginning the music is already jumping while she’s still a bit stif. Later on music and movements do get together as one and it feels. Still… WOW. It’s beautiful the way she moves.

I’ve never done ballet, but I grew up doing Irish dance and there are a lot of similarities between the two of them. So even I can see that she is absolute perfection!!! Just wow!!! I assume the part in the middle where she decided to hit the tambourine on the off-beat was intentional, correct? Like I said, I’ve never done ballet, so I don’t know this choreography. But even if that was intentional, it wasn’t very aesthetically pleasing, tbh-that’s my only complaint, and that’s not her fault anyway, because I assume the choreographer would have come up with that. I get that she did it so she could be on time to do that triple of hitting the tambourine on her foot, then elbow, then knee, but it made it seem like she was off for a minute there before I realized what was happening. But that’s the only nit-pick I can even find! She’s so good!!!

That is an absolute masterpiece, my eyes went so many places, her pointe, her extended during it, the costume is beautiful, her hair piece is gorgeous, her makeup is on point, and the quick but sharp movements with the tambourine… just entirely breathtaking! 💕 I miss dancing so much when I see such beautiful performances.
