Jeep Camping at Valley of Fire

I have always loved Valley of Fire State Park. There's so much to see and do here, that I decided to camp inside of the park. This is my favorite campground inside of the park, Arch Campground.

The winds have probably been blowing in that area for thousands of years which would explain the sculpted rock formations. Reminds me of the Garden of the Gods park in Colorado. I guess your visitors were the proverbial ill-wind. Nice views of the rocks. Valley of Fire looks like a spot to visit. Take Care.

Gosh that's so beautiful out there in the western USA. I've lived in West Georgia on my life and stared at green pine trees so long and I'm so bored. But there'll be a day I'll eventually get out west and soak up the beautiful red rocks of Utah's canyonlands then onto the superstitious mountains in northern Utah. Thanks so much for sharing your videos with us. You just don't know how much I enjoy getting to see things and places through your camera lens. How sweet it is! I have found over many years of camping at BLM & FS campgrounds, that most folks are honest and watch out for fellow campers. I have never had anything stolen when out on a hike, etc. I guess all bets are off these days, unfortunately. Glad the incident ended well though! 👍Yeah, that place is so beautiful...now on my to do list.❤ As much as we are addicted to our internet connections, it is healthy to drop offline and give it a rest from time to time.🤣 Great video! Wow! those red rocks remind me of Australia, the big horned sheep so beautiful! Even a red rock dog house for Lil-one 🙂.I would love to stay the night in those rocks. I can't believe those people would just take over your site and basically try and bully you out of the spot. You handled it well Sarah the bonus was the eye candy lol! I remember a couple years ago I got a parcel delivered to my home and when I open the door it was to this very good looking mailman, I was like dang when did mailmen start looking like this?! lol!

I love the Valley of Fire, been there many times! At the camping area where we were….I honestly don’t remember which area, it’s been a while, anyway there were a lot of chipmunks coming out to get tidbits from us! They were so cute! You were lucky to see the Mountain Sheep there, that was very cool. Take care!! So happy there were some park Rangers to rescue you from that butt head!! Eye candy is always a good thing!!! I have run into that situation too… now I always take a picture of my campsite n the ticket with my phone. Also I put one of those cheap plastic tablecloths (weighted down) on picnic table, they can steal that if they are that hard up.😅
